REQUIRED:

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide installation and advanced technical support and troubleshooting for network systems, ensuring quick resolution of issues.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other engineering and support teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of network systems.

REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in Configuration Management and Network Administration in a Department of Defense (DoD) setting. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or significant relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Must have an Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Must be a U.S. Citizenship.

Security+ Certification (other higher level security certifications acceptable).

Experience in a VMware environment.

Ability to exercise independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies of military data communications.
